In order to ensure you a pleasant and safe stay, we kindly ask you to comply with the following house rules:

• The holiday house can only be used by the person duly registered during the booking process. ets are not allowed to stay and unauthorized stay is a violation of house rules.
• Shorter stays will be charged on arrival, and longer stays every seven days. All other additional services used in the course of the stay are charged subsequently in accordance with the valid price list.
• Accommodation is available from 2 PM on the day of arrival until 10 AM the day of departure.
• Lock the doors to the Villa from the inside and when going out be sure to lock the doors and windows, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air-conditioning, stove…) and turn off the taps.
• In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of a guest, the ovner of the facility has the right to enter to enter the Villa to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to notify the guest about the entry into the Villa at the first subsequent contact.
• Use of the car park is at your own risk.
• Use of the swimming pool and hot tub is at your own risk.
• Use of the sauna is at your own risk.
• Use of the children playgorund is at your own risk.
• Organizing parties is not allowed
• Please store money and other valuables in the safe located in your room. The Villa assumes no responsibility for any valuables in the room. Please report any lost or found items on our contact details.
• In case of any potential malfunctions in your room or villa or any other observations, please contact us immediately.
• For your own safety and the safety of your children, please respect all signs, notices and prohibitions as well as any warning instructions you receive from the staff. Please do not leave underage children unattended.
• Please report every hazard that endangers the health and life of the guests or staff immediately.
• We kindly ask you to safeguard the villa inventory and equipment. The room inventory (bed linen, towels, etc.) may not be taken out of the Villa. Please note that you are responsible for any damages incurred due to your own fault or the fault of the persons you are responsible for, and that you are obliged to compensate these damages.
• If damage has not been reported our insurance company will compansate us for the arosed damage after official police report has been made and isurance company will continue to pursue the compensation from for the damage responsible persons.
• Smoking is forbidden in the Villa. For smoking, you can use the space outside the Villa or the tavern.. Please be causes and check are cigarets properly extinguished due to fire hazzard.
• We kindly ask you not to disturb the peace and order between 11:00 p.m. and 07:00 a.m.
• On the departure date, you need to leave the Villa (checkout) until 10:00 a.m. Staying in the Villa after this time means you will be charged for an additional day. Regarding an extension of your stay, please contact the staff.
• Guests who fail to comply with these house rules and whose conduct disturbs the peace and order can have their further stay cancelled. We will be forced to charge you for any intentionally incurred material damages.
• It is presumed that the guests are familiar with the house rules and agree with the obligations and conditions set herein with the beginning of their stay. Complaints will be taken into account only if they are reported in the course of the stay in the villa. Subsequent complaints will not be considered.
